New Review! Stand by A.L. Jackson, 5 Cranky Stars

Stand (Bleeding Stars, #6)Stand by A.L. Jackson
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

***** 5 Cranky Stars *****

It's always hard to say goodbye to a beloved and well written series. We read a little slower to cherish the final words about characters we adore so much. I believe A.L. Jackson did it right by saving Zees story for last. It finally unlocked the mystery of our quiet hiding in the shadows drummer boy.

Zee always had a dream in life to be a piano player and write music but he idolized his brother more. He begins to lead half a life with on foot on the stage and the other in the shadows. Not even the boys of Sunder know Zees secrets. One night while out he stumbles upon a girl in trouble it's here he meets Alexis Kensington. She flips his life upside down and makes him question everything.

Alexis Kensington is the type of girl that lives life full out. She takes risks and suffers the consequences. She lives by the motto. No Fear. Just Life. She has a twin sister who drags her into her troubled life. When she needs it the most Zee Kennedy shows up to save her from a mistake. She falls hard and fast and hopes that Zee has the same feelings.

I have to say A.L. Jackson did this series ending justice by saving Zees story for last. He's always been a mystery to the fans of The Bleeding Stars series. While i'm sad to see it end this is a series I'm sure to read over and over again.
